Refunds are not accepted after the shipment of physical items. To start a return if your item has not yet shipped, please contact me at info@jen-chapin.com. Digital items are non-refundable due to their instant delivery.
Damage Policy
If your order is damaged during shipment, please contact me at info@jen-chapin.com with a photo of the damage. Damaged items are eligible only for replacement, not for refunds. Contact me with any questions, I want to make it right!
