Refund and Return Policy
To initiate a refund if your item has not yet shipped, please contact me at info@jen-chapin.com. Digital items are non-refundable due to their instant delivery.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Please email me at info@jen-chapin.com to initiate a return. You are responsible for shipping fees to return the item. Please send to Jen Chapin; PO Box 1204; Muscatine, IA 52761 via US Postal Service only. UPS and FedEx will not ship to PO boxes. Once I have received the item in it's initial, undamaged condition, a refund will be initiated. Please note it may take 3-5 days to receive the refund through your bank or credit card processor.
Damage Policy
If your order is damaged during shipment, please contact me at info@jen-chapin.com with a photo of the damage. Damaged items are eligible for replacement.
