Shipping Policy
Orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase unless otherwise noted on the site. If a longer delay is currently in place, I will update the website banner at the top of the page.
If you suspect your package is lost in the mail, please email info@jen-chapin.com with your tracking number. Depending on your location, I may request a 21-day waiting period to confirm loss before sending a replacement. If the package is returned to me, I will resend it to you at no cost.
International Shipping
Customers outside the US may have to pay customs fees; Jen Chapin is not responsible for payment of these fees.
